Hi, I'm Donna. Nice to "meet" you!
I've spent decades in the world of coaching and leadership, always drawn to the moments when people see themselves more clearly than before. My work isn't about giving you a checklist or fitting you into a mold. It's about helping you trust your own presence and potential, even if you've been taught to doubt it.
My coaching blends deep listening, a creative approach, and a willingness to name what's really going on. It's strengths-based, rooted in the belief that what's already inside you is more than enough. You just need the space to see it.
One of my favorite sayings is, "Certainty is a cage. Wonder is a door." That's how I approach every coaching conversation: with curiosity, openness, and a belief in what's possible when you let go of the performance and start showing up as yourself.
I'm no stranger to feeling like I had to perform or prove myself to be "enough." My own journey of finding my voice and value shapes every session I lead and every life I hope to help shift.
When I'm not coaching, you'll probably find me in the woods, lost in a book, or forgetting why I just walked into a room, but always curious about how the world connects.
